Manage your notifications in your profile
You can customize the notifications you receive, based on your role and preferences, directly from your Profile page.
Access the Notifications tab
Click on your profile picture or name (top right).
Select Profile from the drop-down menu.
On the Profile page, open the Notifications tab.

Understanding the list of events
A first " My tasks " box allows you to target the tasks linked to your role in the organization:
Answers awaiting validation
Requests awaiting response
IndueD assessments pending false positive management
In this tab you will also see three categories of events:
Third-party events : Notifications related to a third party (e.g., adding, archiving, modifying a third-party code, attribute, indicator or contact).
Folder Events : Notifications regarding a folder (e.g., document added, status changed).
Document Events : Document-specific notifications (e.g., validation, comment, modification).
Each event displayed is linked to your rights : you will only see those authorized by your role.

Enable or disable a notification
To activate : check the box next to the desired event ✅
To disable : uncheck the box ⬜
Changes are saved when you click the diskette at the top right of the page.
💡 Tip: Remember to only enable notifications that are truly useful to avoid email overload.
Best practices
Reassess your preferences regularly : your needs may change.
Use the category setting to keep only the essentials.
If you are no longer receiving certain expected notifications, check your rights with your administrator.
